National Highways message regarding escorts through the closure

Please see this message from National Highways ahead of the forthcoming closures:

From the last closure and the issue we had with incursions, we have all access points being manned for the next two closures. This will mean that there will be a delay for some residents/businesses requiring access, as they will have to be escorted through the closure.

We ask people to be patient, as we only have so many vehicles to escort motorists through.
