A428 works

Abbotsley Parish Council has been informed of the following from National Highways:

Narrow lanes will be in place until spring 2025 and will allow additional space at the side of the road to provide a safer working environment for our workforce to complete the following:
• Completion of earthworks embankments next to and across the existing road.
• Construction of new junction slip roads.
• Road surfacing works.
• Road construction including kerbs and footpaths.
• Completion of new drainage ditches, gullies, and piped networks.
We will do our best to complete the work as quickly as possible, however all dates are subject to change due to weather and operational requirements.
