Playing Field news…
/in Council News/by ClerkWe are delighted that our bid to the A428 Community Fund has been accepted!
This will be for the area near the pond at the St Neots Road entrance to the Playing Field. We applied for funding for two benches, a bug hotel, a couple of planters and an information board and the proposal has been accepted! We are working on the exact delivery of this over the coming months.
This is in addition to the grant-funded restoration work we told you about last month that will be taking place at our pond and carried out over the next year by experts with the aim of improving the ecology here.
Both these projects involve no cost to the Parish Council.
